Have a 96 Savage(bought with3K on it 2 years ago.
Hated the stock pipe. Put a sportster stock exhaust with little trouble. Punched the baffle. Used HD clamps on it with a little sealant. No leaks. Sounds great, runs great and plug is ok. No jet change. Have to fabricate a rear mount but no big deal. Stock muffler is a piece of junk and weighs a ton.
